OffDaLip wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any product purchased in its original condition (including all manufacturer packaging, UPC codes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) within 30 days of receipt. Simply fill out the information requested on your packing slip indicating which items you wish to return and whether you would like a merchandise exchange, OffDaLip.com credit or refund to your credit card. If you're exchanging please indicate the new items you want. If your address has changed since the original order please give us your new address.

Please package and seal your return items securely and enclose the return packing slip. Use the OffDaLip mailing label provided with the packing slip and send prepaid via FedEx or Insured U.S. Parcel Post. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. If you are returning a defective or misshipped item we will refund your shipback costs. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase.
