OffDaLip makes every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your merchandise however, please follow these important steps if your merchandise is damaged. If the exterior packaging is damaged contact the shipping company at once to report the damage and follow their instructions. Request that they immediately return the merchandise to OffDaLip at the address listed on the packing slip. If the only the contents of the shipment are damaged or defective follow the return policy instructions on the link below. OffDaLip will honor the manufacturer's warranties for all the products it sells. If any product proves to be defective during the warranty period, OffDaLip will repair or replace the defective product or parts or refund the purchaser's original purchase price at OffDaLip's discretion. OffDaLip will not be responsible nor liable for parts or products damaged by abuse, accident, neglect or improper assembly. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
